Circuit Training is a structured workout from a set of different exercises performed one after the other. You can perform both without recovery between one financial year and the other, recovering only at the end of all the exercises or you can initially insert a short recovery period between one exercise and another. The illustrated training involves performing circuit exercises with intervals of 30 "(seconds). At the end of each exercise, recover 1 minute and repeat the circuit 4 times.
It is also possible to increase the sets in the following weeks in progression, for a maximum of 6 week
Free body training can be carried out for a short period of time as the body can easily become accustomed to this type of stimulation and to be able to have new stimuli it needs to vary and change or using overloads progressively.
